Each room includes a large bath, a walk-in shower, and an outdoor shower. Rooms open onto a private deck overlooking the open plains, where elephants, zebras, and rhinos often pass by. In-room amenities include a yoga mat, and the design prioritises privacy and comfort. Guests also have access to free WiFi in public areas.

The family-friendly restaurant serves local and South African cuisines, with vegetarian and gluten-free options. Breakfast offers continental, buffet, full English/Irish, and vegetarian choices. The lodge is situated inside Welgevonden Game Reserve, 7 km from the main gate and 31 km from Kololo Game Reserve. The reserve is malaria-free and a 3-hour drive from Johannesburg. Secure parking is at the main gate lodge; guests do not need to drive on gravel roads. The lodge offers a shuttle service within the reserve.

Services include daily housekeeping, laundry, luggage storage, private check-in/check-out, and concierge. Meeting/banquet facilities and a shared lounge/TV area are available. For families, babysitting, board games, and children's meals are provided. Safety features include smoke alarms and a safety deposit box.
